1.Can I post testimonial to a member's profile that is not in my friends list?
Yes, you can post a testimonial to any other user's profile.
2.Who can see my testimonial? Can I make testimonials Private?
Anyone who is browsing your profile will be able to see your received testimonials. Currently there is no way to make testimonials private, but we are constantly working on improving your community experience.
3.Can I approve the testimonial before it is posted?
Yes, you can do that by changing the setting in Account Setting.
