Experience is a measure of your level of community participation as a Fonwar Member. It is used to determine your
ranking
in the Fonwar Community. Earning experience points is a breeze in Fonwar, because your participation in any aspect within the community will definitely earn you Experience points. The amount of Experience points earned is also dependent on a user's membership type (unverified, full and VIP members, click
here
for more information). Below is a list of the ways you can earn Experience points followed by a table outlining the amount of Experience points earned per activity:
Personal Accounts
Members earn experience points when they login everyday, complete their profile, update their current mood or post testimonials to their friends. The amount of experience earned is dependent on the user's membership type. Please refer to the table below.
Blog
Writing a blog a day will earn members Experience points as well. Futhermore, they will Earn Experience points for every comment they make on blogs posted by members of the community. The amount of Experience points earned is dependent on membership type.
Groups
Creating groups, joining a group and posting a message on group boards will all earn members experience points depending on their membership type, of course.
Photo, Video and Audio
Uploading a photo, video and/or audio will earn members Experience points.Furthermore, members will earn points when they writie comments in relation to any of the three media posted in the community. In addition, voting for any photo, video and/or audio will provide Experience points. Experience points earned is dependent on membership type.
Email
Sending a Email will earn user experience points depending on their membership type.
Top Up
You can also top up Experience points via credit card, sms or wap. The costs are MYR 3.00 for 200 Experience points and MYR 5.00 for 600 Experience points. These Experience points are NOT dependent on membership type.
Hall of Fame
Being listed in the Hall of fame will earn members weekly and monthly Experience points, provided their Hall of fame ranking does not fall before the end of the week. Experience points earned here is based on membership type.
Invitation
By participating in Fonwar\'s friend invitation scheme, members can earn Experience points based on the number of people they have invited and if their invitees upgrade to VIP membership they will earn bonus Experience points. Experience points earned here are based on membership type.
Tournament Games
Like in the case of members who are in the Hall of Fame, members can earn Experience points by uploading scores of tournament games they play to the server. Experience points are earned on a weekly and monthly basis, depending on whether the players are ranked among the top ten members of the tournament games. Only VIP members can upload their score.
Registrations
When members verify their mobile, they get a one time bonus of 200 experience points and when they become VIP Members, they will earn a one time bonus of 1000 experience points.
Other Methods
Members also earn Experience points by downloading and playing Fonwar community games, sending virtual gifts to friends and family, and when they vote for people to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Again, Experience points earned is dependent on membership type.
